This is a very light green/amber coloured, floral honey that is produced at our site in the Adur Valley in Sussex.
 
The Valley barn Apiary is nestled in a lovely spot, along a south facing flint wall that keeps the site nice and warm.  The site itself is in the middle of the South Downs on a farm that works to the higest wildlfie stewardship.  It works on a 4year rotation with the main purpose being to produce the best quality Beef and Lamb.  The grass they feed on is undersown with clover and field beans, barley and wheat are grown in other fields.
