This is a medium amber honey with a lovely floral flavour that is produced at our site in Findon in Sussex.
 
South Lodge is the home of the person who owns the site the Apairy is on. The farm is on the egde of the south downs national park.   The hives are on a south eastern slope next to a traditional hedge.  The farm produces organic Chicken and Duck eggs and the land is tradional wild flower medows for the chickens to range over.
