Why do you charge a fixed amount and not an hourly rate?


In our experience, charging an hourly rate can cause a number of issues. One difficulty is that many clients expect their cleaning to take broadly the same amount of time on each visit, and therefore to be charged the same amount, while others might put pressure on our cleaners to get more work done within a shorter period of time. The latter can make our cleaners' work much more stressful, and creates a risk that your cleaning is not performed to our normal high standards. By providing an agreed service for an a fixed fee, all of these problems are avoided and our clients have peace of mind that their cleaning is completed for the same regular fee.




For my records, can I have a monthly invoice showing the dates your cleaners  attended?


Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library




Does your fixed fee cover the cost of cleaning products?


Yes, absolutely. Our fixed fee is inclusive of all incidental costs, such as cleaning products, insurance and all of our other overheads.




When is payment due and what payment methods do you accept?


The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.




Are you more expensive than other cleaners?





Is your fixed fee based on the number of rooms to be cleaned, or the squre footage of the property?





Why is generally not possible to provide a quote without viewing the property first?
